I am a trainee psychotherapist with The Berne Institute and established Stoney Meadow Counselling in April 2023. My first clients were from the education sector, but I now see a wide range of individuals, helping them with relationship issues, bereavement, work-related stress, trauma, family relationships, general self-reflection and more.

I believe strongly in responsibility and autonomy when it comes to a person’s life choices, whilst understanding that we are all influenced by many different factors when making decisions. I help people increase their awareness of these influences, learn practical skills for their mental wellbeing and take on new, more fulfilling ways of being in the world.

I believe whole-heartedly in the power of deep self-reflection and awareness to open up new possibilities for leading a life that is fulfilling and free.
